Credits are strictly for the purpose of utilizing TheEvolveAI services, such as image generation and video creation. They are non-transferable and can only be used within TheEvolveAI's platform.

1.3 Non-Refundable Credits

All credits purchased are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services.

Credits may not be transferred, sold, or shared with other users of the platform.

2. Non-Refundable Purchases

2.1 No Refunds on Purchases

All purchases, including subscription fees and one-time credits, are non-refundable. By subscribing or purchasing credits, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be provided for any unused credits, or subscription fees.

2.2 Subscription Cancellation and/or Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will lose access to Membership Services at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not receive any refunds for the remaining period.
